Architects Jas Bhalla Works and Mikhail Riches have received planning approval for a new social housing project in north London. The development will consist of 28 affordable homes distributed across two infill sites within the borough of Camden.
The project represents a continued focus on densification through infill development in urban areas. By utilizing underused land, the firms aim to expand the local inventory of affordable housing.
