Starting Monday at 8 a.m., U.S. Customs and Border Protection will open an online portal for businesses to claim refunds on tariffs previously struck down by the Supreme Court. In a 6-3 decision on February 20, the court ruled that President Donald Trump lacked the constitutional authority to set the import tax rates last April.
