Cowen+Partners has secured planning approval for its Morden Wharf development in east London. The large-scale residential project is designed to deliver 1,500 new homes to the area.
The approval follows a revision to the project's original proposal. The final version of the scheme includes a lower proportion of affordable housing units than was initially planned.
