Stefan Öberg is stepping down as CEO of the Swedish marketplace Tradera. The announcement follows a fiscal year in which the company recorded a record profit of 130 million kronor.
Öberg will remain the firm's largest shareholder, retaining 36 percent of the share capital. Following his departure from the executive role, he noted that the company intends to continue its strategy of issuing dividends to shareholders.
