Uber is increasing its stake in Delivery Hero, the German-listed delivery platform co-founded by CEO Niklas Östberg. The ride-hailing firm is acquiring an additional 4.5% interest from investment group Prosus, bringing its total ownership to approximately 7%. Delivery Hero, which operates the Foodora brand, has faced a declining share price since its 2021 peak.
