Blue Origin has grounded its New Glenn rocket after an engine failure during its third flight left a satellite in the wrong orbit. While the first-stage booster landed successfully on Sunday, the upper stage failed to produce enough thrust to deploy an AST SpaceMobile satellite. Both the stage and payload reentered the atmosphere on Monday.
