The privacy foundation Consumers United in Court (CUIC) has launched a collective legal procedure against the Dutch telecom provider Odido. The claim alleges negligence regarding what is described as one of the largest data leaks in the history of the Netherlands. The lawsuit, initiated today, seeks to hold the company accountable for the security failure and its impact on consumer data.
