The bid, filed with a Texas judge, seeks an exclusive license to Infowars’ intellectual property, allowing *The Onion* to operate its own content across the site and social media accounts.
CEO Ben Collins stated the plan would transform the platform into a parody network, with profits benefiting the families of Sandy Hook victims. The deal could be finalized by late April.
